 For this venture Stewart has teamed up with the North East institution that is George Welch.
Together, for more than ten years, they have indulged in a “busman’s holiday” - playing for the sheer pleasure of doing so and delighting audiences with the characteristic spontaneity which is the hallmark of their unashamedly shambolic (but in a good way) show.
George’s hilarious stories give way to lilting melodies, driving tunes and moving
songs, delivered with a baritone voice that has the richness of molasses.
